Rental agreement

Rental begins on the day of delivery and runs for the agreed period, standard seven days unless otherwise quoted. Extensions are billed at the daily rate stated in your quote.

Placement and access

The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal and accessible placement, including clearance from overhead lines, gates, vehicles and low limbs. Placement on private property is at the customer's risk; while we use protective boards, we are not liable for damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, irrigation, septic components or underground utilities.

Weight and prohibited materials

Quotes include a stated tonnage allowance. Weight in excess of that allowance is billed at the per-ton overage rate quoted. Prohibited materials include paint, solvents, oils, fuels, pesticides, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, pressurized tanks and any hazardous waste. Loads containing prohibited items may incur cleanup and disposal charges.

Loading limits

Debris must not be loaded above the top rail of the container. Overloaded containers cannot be legally transported and the customer must remove excess material before pickup, or a dry-run fee may apply.

Cancellations and dry runs

Cancellations made before dispatch are free. If a truck arrives and cannot deliver or collect because of blocked access, a vehicle in the way or overloading, a dry-run fee applies.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Accounts past due may accrue a late fee. We accept major credit cards and offer invoiced terms to approved commercial accounts.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the rental in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including project delay costs.
