Flat and heavy first
Lay boards, doors and panel material flat across the floor to build a stable base and eliminate air gaps.
Break everything down
Furniture frames, pallets and boxes should be dismantled. An intact couch can waste a quarter of a 10 yard box.
Fill voids continuously
Push small debris into gaps as you go instead of saving it for the end.
Never load above the rail
Anything above the top rail cannot be legally tarped or hauled, and the driver will ask you to remove it before lifting.
